We sit down, talk through what you’re looking for and your timeline. New clients are asked for a photo ID — a simple, standard first step.
I walk you through the New York State Agency Disclosure so you understand exactly how I represent you and who works for whom.
Before we tour homes, New York requires a written buyer agreement. It spells out my services and how I’m paid — clearly and up front.
A mortgage pre-approval (or proof of funds, if you’re paying cash) gets you ready to move the moment the right home appears.
We see homes, weigh them honestly, and when you find the one, I build and negotiate an offer designed to win without overpaying.
Inspections, attorneys, and deadlines — all managed and tracked — until the day the keys are yours.
